Training Rides (image thanks to Gavin Morton)

Right, finally got myself organised and set some dates for training rides. 1st one this year is on Saturday (in anticipation of a few hangovers on sunday). Plan is to work up an appetite for the dinner by riding a few hills out to Fanny's Farm near Reigate.

If you have been itching to do a bit of road racing this year and are not sure how this is your chance. Come along for a training ride, meet some of the team and if you can be persuaded into racing we will fill you in on all the necessary details and get you a jersey sorted. Pace of rides tends to be a bit faster than the club runs with a preference for slightly longer distances as well.

What's with all the mountain biking?
Well I started out as a mountain biker and it seems a few of the team are enjoying a spot of offroading at the moment as well. One of my favourite events is the Polaris Challenge. As it would happen I am looking for a partner for this years spring event. So if you fancy a real mans challenge take a look an get in touch.
